Important Billing Update: Canada Life Coverage
Please be advised that as of August 6, 2026, CANADA LIFE IS NOT ACCEPTING CLAIMS FOR ANY TREATMENTS AT EITHER OF OUR LOCATIONS 3200. Patients with Canada Life insurance are not eligible for reimbursement—neither through direct billing nor manual submission. All appointments must be paid in full at the time of service, and these receipts will not be eligible for coverage. We are actively working to resolve this situation and apologize for the inconvenience

▶ We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. Thanks in advance!
