We have two locations! Please make a note of which location you are booking your appointment at.
▶ If you are unable to make it to your scheduled treatment please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
▶ We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. Thanks in advance!
▶ Please ensure that you are booking the correct appointment type if you are attending for ICBC or WorkSafeBC related treatment, and ensure you are booking within your allowed treatment period. Please contact us or your insurer if you are unsure of your allowed treatments.
